UX Surveys is a service of helloproduct.ai. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use UX Surveys.

Information we collect

  • Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name to create and manage your account.
  • Survey data: We store the surveys you create and the responses collected through them.
  • Survey respondent data: Survey responses are collected anonymously. We use a minimal fingerprint solely for duplicate response prevention — no tracking cookies or personal data are collected from respondents.
  • Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the service.

How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain the UX Surveys service
  • To manage your account and authenticate your sessions
  • To display survey results and benchmark visualizations to survey creators
  • To improve the service based on aggregated usage patterns

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Convex, a hosted backend platform. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting, authentication, analytics), and only to the extent required for those services to function.

Your rights

  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.
  • Survey creators can delete individual surveys and their responses.
