About this service

UX Surveys is a service of helloproduct.ai. By using UX Surveys, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

  • UX Surveys is provided free of charge for creating and distributing standardized UX questionnaires (UEQ, SUS, UMUX-LITE, NASA-TLX).
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to collect data in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Survey content

  • You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the data you collect through them.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of surveys complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consent from respondents.
  • The questionnaire methodologies (UEQ, SUS, UMUX-LITE, NASA-TLX) are based on published academic work by their respective authors. Please refer to the official sources for usage guidelines.

Data and privacy

Your use of UX Surveys is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Survey responses are stored anonymously, and we do not use tracking cookies for respondents beyond minimal duplicate prevention.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your surveys and associated response data will be permanently removed.

Service availability

We strive to keep UX Surveys available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

UX Surveys is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, helloproduct.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of UEQ Surveys after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
